Just home from a fantastic trip to San Francisco, Point Reyes, Stinson Beach, Napa and Sonoma deserves a small photo tribute, while I slowly return to life in Colorado … doing my best but still nearly speechless! (click on the first photo if you’d like a slideshow view)

ok – tasty salted pig parts didn’t receive any of my $$, but I couldn’t resist a photo
Flour Chylde Bakery’s amazing gluten free offerings, including pumpkin chai cakes, lemon coconut cake, cinnamon coffeee cake, macaroons and pure chocolate…

“castle in the city” former Russian Consulate building
Of course, I am managing to savor luscious Medjool dates I brought home, let squares of San Francisco chocolate melt on my tongue, reminisce about the smell of salty fog by the sea, the fresh grilled snapper I had on the bay, the 2010 Continuum Estate magical elixir I tasted under a perfect, golden October sun ripened afternoon. The gluten free apricot danish from Mariposa bakery…
I am continuing to thank family and friends for the laughter, love, wonderful meals and stories shared on my trip. It was a true, unadulterated joy.
You were here! 🙂 I am glad you had a great visit. Isn’t the market place in Ferry Building a treat? I hope you were there when they had the farmer’s market day. Beautiful pictures by the way. 🙂
Oh! And you were there!! Up in Napa I got together with a client I had never met in person – it would have been fun to meet a fellow blogger! Yes – I LOVED the Ferry Building shops! It was a Thursday – I’m not sure about the farmer’s market – it all seemed very abundant and beautiful! Thank you so much, I’m glad you enjoyed the photos. (Wish I had some of the “bottle-brush” tree! — with the large red fuzzy blooms all over the city!)
What a treat to wander with you through so many of the California treats that bring back delightful memories – I did miss that yummy local chocolate in my times there however! Giggles…
You are a Wonderful photographer!
Thank you Lois – it gives me joy! Snapping away…
